Standing desks have become more and more popular over the last 20 years for good reason.

Making a habit to stand up from your desk every 30 minutes, has been shown to reduce problems in your low back and has also been linked to shoulder issues.

In fact one study showed that chronic LBP in the workplace might be improved by the introduction of seated to standing workstations in an office environment. So, less sitting and more standing!

What is Foam Rolling?

Foam rolling can improve the mobility of your mid-back (thoracic spine), and  can reduce your low back pain, improve your posture, & even decrease your likelihood of experiencing shoulder issues.

Foam rolling affects a myofascial release on the muscles surrounding and supporting your spine by increasing the circulation and reducing the adhesions in your muscle tissues.

What DO I Need to Be Healthy?

What is the minimum amount of exercise your body requires in order to express heath?

The fast and simple answer is walking for 30 minutes, 5 days a week.

This can lower your risk of heart disease by 50%, lower your blood pressure, and decrease your chances of developing type 2 diabetes by as much as 90%!.

Better yet, split it up and walk for 10 minutes 3x a day.

I know, it doesn’t sound like much, but If you try this for one week I guarantee, you will feel a huge difference in your health and wellbeing.
