Quick question - for anyone who has ever been a parent to a young child. Is feeding your child nutritious food important? Do young children seem to need to get their energy out? How important are children’s sleep patterns?
Why is it that when we grow up and are able to make our own decisions we sometimes forget that we are the same species, with the same base requirements needed to express health as when we were children?

As we discussed yesterday, it can be hard in today’s world to slow down and take care of ourselves.

Third, Relax:Make time for relaxation techniques that help you feel calm during periods of high stress. Meditation and yoga are just two techniques that can help you feel relaxed and collected under pressure and help mitigate the onset of stress.

So, can stress cause headaches?
Yes.

When you feel the stressors of your daily life start to add up, take a moment to practice some relaxation techniques and make sure you get in some exercise. Use preventive measures like eating well and getting better sleep. And be sure to make time to see your Chiropractor to keep your body relaxed and stress-free.
